This is the world-famous Haartz Stayfast! Far better and more beautiful than any vinyl top, our Stayfast Convertible Top is triple layer, waterproof and extremely long lasting.The Haartz Stayfast material is an acrylic based material and does not fade, shrink, rot, mildew or otherwise deteriorate with exposure to the elements. This material is a has excellent wrinkle and U.V. resistance along with weatherability that is superior with excellent durability and low temperature flexibility.
Rolled binding, outstanding workmanship and quality plus the same type cloth material that you see on Mercedes SL's, the Ferrari F340 Spider and other ultra-luxury cars is the same material we use for your Alfa Spider! Why pay more for a vinyl top or hundreds of dollars more elsewhere for "their" canvas tops when the luxury of Haartz Stayfast canvas can be yours for less!
Tops are available in black, blue or tan exterior with black underside. You have the choice of ordering the padded interior rear quarters as original on 1982-1994 Spiders. Includes installation instructions.

Made with the same workmanship and quality as our canvas tops, our vinyl top differs only in the material used. The vinyl is the highest quality available and features the original style "pin point" pattern that came on the Spider when new. Available in black or tan exterior with black underside. SPIDER CONVERTIBLE TOP GUIDE - Our tops do come with installation instructions, but if you want the "mother lode" of instructions, photos, drawings and adjustment procedures this is what you need. The Factory Convertible Top publication with 34 pages of instructions for top removal, top installation and adjustments. Generally has three photos on each page documenting the process. Absolutely essential if you are even thinking about replacing your own top.
"HOW TO VIDEO" ELIMINATING SPIDER ROOF LEAKS - This video was issued by Alfa Romeo North America as a detailed guide for dealership mechanics to thoroughly check for and correct roof leaks from all possible locations. The video is 28 minutes long and will show you step-by-step how to fix water leaks in your Spider. It is applicable for all 1967-1994 Spiders.
